What can this workout program do for you?


I'm not trying to help you look like a body builder, not trying to help you get huge. Just here to get you to get the body you want. Whether that’s losing a bit of weight, adding a bit of muscle, or just gain a little strength with your current body size. I see other workout videos where instructors are talking about eating a perfect diet, cutting out alcohol, training multiple times a day. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with all of that, but I’m still trying to live my life. The workouts I’ve designed are going to help you burn calories, while gaining strength and muscle at the same time. If you stay consistent with these workouts, doing them 4-5 times a week, you will see massive changes in the way your body looks without making any drastic changes to your life.


Note: None of the videos/classes in this course are meant to be "marked completed" or "finished". You should use these workouts on a consistent basis (4-5 times a week) to see the results you want. This is a continually growing collection of videos that you will have access to whenever you'd like!

What's up, I'm Jonny! I've been into fitness my whole life, and I'm here to share my knowledge and workouts to help the average person get their body looking exactly how they want it to. All in the comfort of their own home. I've played sport my entire life and while playing college football I've learned fundamentals about losing weight, gaining strength, and increasing mobility. With this knowledge and countless hours of practice, I've designed a workout program to help anyone get the body they want, all with minimal equipment from home.
